I am going to explain everything here so please take a look... First, I am sorry for my poor English.
I am an international student and am living in Los Angeles for two years. Right now I have a huge problem because of International ATM cash card situation... This is shame to ask to someone who doesn't know me and who doesn't sure if you can trust me or not...
I need someone who can help me out for a month. Also I would like to say before I ask, I can definitely give all money back in October. I had never had money problem before and have never asked to anybody lend me some money...
My current situation is I got "three day notice" from apartment manager yesterday. Now I only have two days... I am trying to figure this out but I couldn't and I am really scared of current situation... I have to pay $1,335 in 2 days.
I asked my apartment manager to wait for me until next month because I really can pay everything and I am sure. But she said No. Because I am a little bihind... My rent is $885 for September and I couldn't pay $450 for August. If I can't pay total $1,335 in two days then I have to move out... I have to pay for more bills but It won't be problem I guess because I can pay these bills in October. So I don't think it will be problems. But I really have to pay my rent in 2 days...
Why I got this situation is not because I don't have money. I got this situation because I went to ATM using my international cash card which is I made my account in my county and I can use it in many countries. But a few months ago, when I went to ATM to get cash, my cash card stucked into the ATM machine. I made phone call to ATM company but they said they cannot give it back to me. They said "Bank has to give us order to get your cash card" so I called to bank (its american bank and NO1 bank in the US I guess ) So I kept asking and asking so many times to both of them. But he said he is not going to give an order to get. I couldn't understand why they can't give me back... It's easy isn't it? Only they had to do is give an order to ATM company to give me back my cash card and I could show them my IDs whatever they need. But they said only NO with cold feelings.
I am an international student but I have my own business in my country(not company but doing by myself) Even though I am making money I cannot get any money without ATM card until next month... Now I have to go to my county to get my cash card. I asked my bank if they can send my international card to me but they said "you have to show up yourself and make paper works by you. We dont accept another person to make your new cash card even if they are your family."
So I was making my plan to go to my country for two weeks to make my new international ATM card on October. But I have a problem with my apartment before I go to my country... I can get air tickets by my credit card. But I cannot pay my rent with my credit card... And I don't have a system(???) to get cash by my credit card... I wish I could... And If I buy air tickets then it will be no space to get something else anymore.
If there is someone who can help me out for a month, I appreciate for your help and your kindness... And Of course I will definitely give these money back to you in October. I have my money in my account in my country. Once again, I will go to my country for two weeks on October 10th. and I will be back to Los Angeles on October 24th. then I can give you back...
Please please someone help me out for a month...
